Greetings from Salzburg, Austria, the place where they filmed Sound of Music. My family and I went to the Mirebelle Gardens where they filmed the playing scene. We did the very cheezy cuckoo pose and will have a slide show when I get home with pictures.
We visited some country that I've never heard of and now thinking back, I can't even remember the name. Nevertheless, we went there and they are apparently famous for their stamps. Austrian food is much better than the Suisse. Sorry if that offends anyone, but Suisse food is very heavy and I'm just not used to it. Austrians seems to have more salads and cheaper prices, which I can definitely appreciate since we're on a shopping tour. They took us to Swarvoski todaz and I think everyone bought something... I have to work extra hard when I get home to make back the money.
Okay, on to the metrics
Gelato/Ice cream Count: 2(Straciacello(sp) It's like chocolate chip with yogurt ice cream)
Pizza Count: 0(I'm sad to say it's still 0, but we did try a very delicious flamed tart which is very thin crust with cheese and salmon)
Fromage Count: 5(I'm eating cheese every morning!)
Baguette Count: 2(There are only baguette pieces, not whole baguettes)
Patisserie Count: 500+... still the same number. There aren't that many in the last couple of countries we've been to
