It's about 3AM in the morning right now and I can't sleep, so I've decided that the best thing I can do with jetlag is to blog of course! Day 2 in Taiwan was a busy day. Today was our photoshoot and we had 5 different outfits to change into. We originally wanted to take a couple of our outfits outside by the beach since I've had this romantic notion of running down the beach in a white dress but I'm a little weary to do it in my own dress because...well.. it's my own dress! Alas, the weather did not cooperate so we went to a nearby garden for a couple of hours.
The photoshoot was incredibly long! I was there in makeup at 7:30AM in the morning and we weren't done until 6PM! We're choosing about 30 pictures out of the whole batch later today so hopefully we'll have lots to choose from. Hopefully my smiles don't look too fake! I don't know how models can take it with the hair and makeup and the very awkward angles. I certainly have a new appreciation for what it takes to be a model and why I can't be one.
After the photoshoot, we went to eat delicious soup dumplings and then I promptly fell asleep in front of the tv! I'm sorry there are no photos on this entry as I spent most of my day in a makeup chair! Tomorrow is Hiro's last full day in Taiwan, so I'm sure deliciousness will be had!
